Big Smile on my face tonight.
Saw a Strider from 2019 that stopped to say Hello and tell us he now walks 4½ miles everyday and has lost 40 lbs and feels great! . When he walked with us in 2019 he could only walk a mile & a half.
He said, "walking really works!"
Such a wonderful thing to hear.
Glad to touch & inspire people's lives.
"Keep up the walking it really works!"
