Players don’t need more drills.

They need more decisions.

This 2v2 game forces players to read the help defender, process information in real time, and make split-second decisions after the drive. Pass, shoot, relocate, attack, or play one more.

The best players aren’t always the most skilled.

They’re the ones who make the best decisions the fastest.

Train decision-makers. 🧠🏀

Three communities. Three incredible experiences. One mission.

I’ve been a little behind on posting these, but I couldn’t let the summer end without saying thank you.

St. Francis- Thank you for the incredible energy, competitiveness, and willingness to learn. I loved spending the day with you, and I can’t wait to see how much you’ve all grown the next time I’m back.

Cambridge- Thank you for trusting me to pour into your athletes. The enthusiasm and effort throughout the entire camp were outstanding. Keep putting in the work.

Perkins County- This stop was especially meaningful.
Not only did we have the opportunity to teach the game of basketball, but my brother, Triston Hite ✞, and I were also able to share something much bigger than basketball itself through Kingdom Sports.

Our mission was simple:

Training TO/BY/FOR

📖 According TO the Word of God.
💪 BY the power of God.
👑 FOR the glory of God.

And to remind every athlete that they play for an audience of One.

To every player, coach, parent, and community that welcomed me into your gym this summer, thank you. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

Ball screens are one of the most common actions in basketball, but most players never learn how to actually read them.

With Sky, we worked on:

• Setting the defender up before using the screen.

• Rejecting the screen when the defender cheats.

• Offsetting the defender to create separation and attack off the screen.

• Understanding the difference between getting to the pull-up and creating the three-point shot.

Great guards don’t just use ball screens. They read them.

That’s what creates advantages. 🏀

This camp is especially meaningful to me.

For the first time, I’ll be partnering with my brother, Triston, and Kingdom Sports to lead a faith-based basketball camp centered on developing both the athlete and the person.

Our mission is simple:

📖 Hear the Gospel.
🏀 Develop your game.
🔥 Compete with purpose.

Everything we do will be guided by our theme:

Most players think finishing is all about athleticism.

It’s not.

It’s about creating advantages.

With Max, we worked on attacking off the skip, getting over the block with outside-hand extensions, and then putting it to the test in live reps.

The goal wasn’t just to make the layup.
It was to:

🏀 Create contact first.
🏀 Move the defender.
🏀 Finish through length instead of avoiding it.

There’s a big difference between practicing a move and proving it works against live defense.

That’s where real development happens.
