Prep for upcoming tournaments, whether you’ve done some or want to do some. Learn tournament rules. Strategies and techniques to help enhance your skills in class and tournaments.
Earn 3 class credits.

Wear your LTMA casual clothing, bring all sparring gear, combat weapon, water bottle, and energy!

TCT students who make the transition to CNSD may continue to use all sparring gear and uniforms that are ATA-branded. No one is expected to buy new equipment. If, however, your gear is worn out or unsafe or you've outgrown or outperformed your old uniform, you can let us know by completing this form that you're ready for new stuff. We'll place a bulk order to reduce shipping costs and will have your new material ready by early October at the latest.

Being both practical and tactical, a GTMA form is designed with self defense in mind. Students who transition from TCT to CNSD will maintain their belt rank, even as they begin instruction in the new style.
