From high school softball to club competition and now the collegiate level, Audi has built her game through hard work, discipline, and a passion for continuous growth. She’s excited to help athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

We’re Jordan & Andrea Leasure — the proud owners of D-BAT Grand Island! ❤️

D-BAT Grand Island is proudly family-owned and locally operated right here in Central Nebraska. Our family’s passion for baseball, softball, and youth development is what inspired us to bring D-BAT to the Grand Island community.

Jordan is a Grand Island native who grew up playing Little League, travel ball, Legion baseball, and high school baseball before serving as a United States Marine Corps Infantry Veteran. He earned his bachelor’s in human relations at Doane College in Grand Island. Today, he coaches our son’s team and is passionate about helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Andrea grew up on a farm near Wolbach and earned both her bachelor’s in business and master’s in management from Doane College in Grand Island. Her passion for people, leadership, organization, and community helped bring the vision of D-BAT Grand Island to life.

As parents of three athletes — Brecken (13) and twins Lane & Kady (6) — we know how important it is to create a positive environment where athletes can learn, grow, gain confidence, and have fun.

💥 A little about our family: All three of our kids share the same birthday — September 11th! 🎉

That means September is a BIG celebration month in our house — and we plan to celebrate with some fun giveaways for our D-BAT community too! ❤️

They’re tedious and not as fun as live BP, but this dual tee drill focuses on bat path and barrel control which focus more on aiming with our hands and not our shoulders — cutting that infamous shoulder dip 😉
