Practicing Yoga has been the greatest gift of my life. It’s an even bigger honor to share the wisdom of this practice with others. It’s an immense privilege, and one I don’t take lightly. Yoga lives in so much more than an hour on the mat; it runs through my veins, through the way I move, breathe, and live.
This Monday, I taught my last scheduled class at Sangha Haus. I’m so deeply grateful for the opportunity to guide this sweet and special community, and I will treasure these past few months for a long time to come.
September always feels like a season of slowing down, taking inventory, and listening to the depths of my heart. With that reflection often comes big shifts. For me, this shift is calling me to create more space for clarity and a recommitment to my personal practice so I can show up more fully for myself, my loved ones, and all of you I’m honored to meet on the mat.
I’m also excited to be dreaming up new opportunities, special events, and gatherings that feel deeply aligned with the heart of this practice and the rhythm of life. 🌙
In loving kindness,
Tani
