As much as the holidays are a time for joy and celebration, they’re also a time for stress, anxiety, and disappointment. I crave the stillness and reflection that this time of year can bring, but often I find myself disappointed come Dec 26th as I look back and think “I missed it again.” In all the running around, keeping up with the day to day, and all the extra responsibilities that come with the holidays, I find myself walking around more tense, anxious, stressed. And I know I’m not alone.
