Welcome to week 3 of building a shoulder routine: Activation!

Here we have two movments that are going to light up your rotator cuffs🔥. A Miniband static W with a W raise thrown in for 20second holds as well as a Miniband chest press with a slow controlled tempo.

Spend just a few minutes doing these, 2-3 rounds of each before lifting, and see just how tired your shoulders get!

Hi Tranzformers! Coach Brendan here! 💪💪

Welcome to week two of our shoulder routine series: Joint mobilization!

Here we use a Fitband to stretch the lats and the pecs to open up the shoulder, and finish with some Tricep stretching to loosen both the shoulder and elbow. This will allow us to be more able to get into an overhead position while maintaining good position, without arching the lower back.

Come back next week for some activation work.
