We had a fun but hard time on Higgins lake (aka the rock bass capital of the world) are practice didn’t go so well two keepers the whole time so we were thinking are two tournament days we might blank but we were able to go off of what we learned from practice and we’re able to get four fish both days day one we ended up with ninth place and day 2 seventh place it definitely felt good to be able to learn from our practice and change our strategy and do a lot better I wanna thank Michigan BASS Nation for a great year as this was our last mbn tournament of the year also I want to thank Grand Haven Bassmasters for sponsoring and supporting us this whole year and I wanna thank my fellow grand Haven Bassmasters for helping us on the way home when we had trailer problems

We had are state qualifier this weekend on Lake on Lake Charlevoix. Didn’t quite go the way we wanted, with warm water temps the fish were not biting as good. day one we had 14.32 pounds and, day two was a little rougher with 4.33. Was able to break my personal best with a 5.02 but sadly, that was in practice. last stop is Lake Higgins. I want to thank Douglas Spinning & Casting Rods for sponsoring Michigan BASS Nation and giving them some rods to give away I was able to win one.

This weekend we fished lake Saint Clair and had a great two days. We were unsure how we were gonna do after practice didn’t go so well but we were able to find them both days. Day one with 14.17 which put us in 20th. And got 16.63 day two with a big fish of 4.09 and 17th place. Thanks to my dad Jarod Chittenden for boating, and thank you Michigan BASS Nation for a great tournament.

Next stop lake Charlevoix for the state championship can’t wait!

We fished Muskegon Lake this weekend and had an awesome day on the water—even if the big ones didn’t show up for us. We managed to bring in five fish for a total of 12.14 pounds. The rain made a quick appearance, but we didn’t melt! Next stop: Lake St. Clair—fingers crossed for good weather. Huge thanks to my dad and our boater, Jarod Chittenden, for spending his birthday on the water with us, and a big shoutout to Grand Haven Bassmasters and all our amazing sponsors for making it all possible!

Last weekend, we were up on Grand Traverse Bay chasing smallmouth. The bite was tough, but we managed to land a few solid ones. Day one we weighed in one for 4.02, and day two we brought in two for 7.74. We just couldn’t quite get the full bag, but the quality was there! Thanks to Grand Haven Bassmasters and out captain Jarod Chittenden Also a thanks to one of are sponsors M. Pierce Custom Lures

Had an awesome day on Hardy Dam Pond for the WMB High School Series! Aiden Piper and I brought in a solid bag—five fish for 15.2 lbs—and finished in 3rd place, with the Big Bass of the day at 3.9 lbs! Grateful for the great fishing, good weather, and even better company.

Dad and I went out last night and had a great time—we managed to catch some nice fish, too! I also had the chance to go out with Tristen Carpenter and picked up some new techniques. It was a bit chilly, but we still landed a few. I even did a little dock fishing at my grandparents. I can’t wait for tournament season to kick off—first one’s coming up May 24–25 on Muskegon Lake!
