Suite 6 has been witness to 10 years of Yoga classes, Vision Board workshops, cookie decorating classes, art classes, Reiki sessions, private yoga classes, Yoga Nidra sessions, Yin and Restorative classes.

Suite 6 has provided a safe and beautiful place for regular students and one-time attendees to gather and learn; a place where UND med students, PT students, and the World Religions classes from Roseau have rested. Suite 6 has held the words of births and deaths and all the things in between; tears and the giggles were shared among friends.

So many people have breathed life into WillowLife in Suite 6. Those same wonderful people will still gather to stretch and breathe and practice yoga, to share friendship and love - only the location will change.

Suite 6 is now nearly empty. At the end of the month I will turn off the lights and lock the door for the final time after 10 years. I will miss the walls and the stillness and comfort of this space. I also am extremely grateful to move forward.

Beginning in August, WillowLife Yoga will hold classes at Sharon Lutheran Church, 1720 S 20th St. More information and the schedule is available on the website.
