Last year, Lauren completed her first Murph with modified push-ups and a goal simply to keep moving forward.
Over the past year, she’s quietly put in the work — focusing on nutrition, building strength, improving daily habits, and staying consistent through Tundra specialty camps, nutrition, and classes. No shortcuts. No quick fixes. Just patience and effort over time. 👏
Yesterday, Lauren tackled Murph again and completed every pull-up, push-up, and air squat with full range of motion — no modifications needed — while finishing over 10 minutes faster than last year on a harder variation of the workout. 🔥
