Wu Chi School Of Self Defense Wu Chi School of Self Defense. Tuesdays, Thursdays 6pm-730pm. -We are a Kung Fu School that has one of the best kickboxing systems in the country.

We offer a really good system in real life defense. As well we offer many kung fu animal styles as you become higher level in our school.
-What we offer- We offer forms that have a fighting background and teach self defense. We also offer your boxing, kickbocking, Aikido, judo, some jujitsu, wrestling, kung fu locks, holds and throws. We also get into chi kung/ tai chi. We do have footwork train

in our class. We offer combat, and training drills as well that help you with your self defense.
-Some other stuff I would like to add to this page! First Testing: The only ranks I test for is blue belt, and black belt. Due to the fact that blue belt is a high level rank, and black belt is your 1st level or assistant instructor rank. We beleive in our school that you should learn at your own pace. By doing so the instructor watches and trains you to keep up with how you have been improving. When the intructor feels you have completed your requirments and time at your current level you. You will then be advanced to your next rank.
-Dues/Charges: We have a monthly payment of $40/mo. that you will pay at the 1st of each month. After that the only other charges we have are for uniforms, shirts, or equipment that you may purches after or at the time of you joining! Testing and ranking is at no charge. Your ranks come from the school and are given to you as a reward for all the hard work and training you have put into the school! There is equipment that the school dose supply for those who do not have equipment to use right away! Alot of time within a few months a studetned will deside to start buying there own equipment. This dose not mean you need to!
-Finally I would like to indicate that kung fu is hard work! With that being said it takes time to earn all of your ranks. The difference at this school then other schools are that you have to earn every rank from white belt on up. So we do not just give you a white belt in this school it has to be earned. Also ranks are not given in just a month or two months. We want you to be able to know what you are doing before you proceed into other ranks and requirments.

3-25-25 Tonight Er Dan Will went over crane with Harpreet! Included some moves from the 4 dragons foarm!

1-2-25 To start the new year Harpreet did one legged snap/side kicks, 3 minutes each leg. Then did crane combos imagining he is being attacked for 5 minutes. We did 3 minutes of front hooks. Landing lightly on front foot. Then we did a drill where Harpreet had to imagine being attacked, but this time he had to focus on braking down the weapons with crane. We finished with reviewing forms. Good work Harpreet!

12-26-24 Tonight was a review on kicks, strikes, blocks, locks, hold and throws. We also reviewed forms. We did 1minute of front hook kicks. As well as a combo set of Jab/Cross/hook/uppercut/ dragon stikes/crane stands tall and low strike. Good work harpreet!
