We also have Aerobic Kickboxing fitness programs that are taught by Marital Arts professionals. Think of Aerobics with a "Kick" with out the uniforms, and with great Music to workout to, so not only do you get a GREAT workout but you also learn self defense. Operating in Genesee County for over 25 years, and with a 2500 square foot training floor, we have one of the largest training floors. Open Year round, with schedules to fit anyone's busy lifestyle.

We are getting close to the forth of July holiday. Normally we shut down for the week. However this year the holiday lands on a Saturday.

Here is my thought. Hold classes Monday Tuesday and Wednesday the week before the break and continue classes on Wednesday the following week.

What do you all think?
