Investing in the future of our fields.

If approved by voters this August, the Grand Blanc Parks & Recreation Millage would fund capital improvements at our community athletic fields, including:

• Irrigation to improve field conditions
• Regrading fields to create a safer, more even playing surface
• Addressing drainage issues that impact playability
• Construction of a restroom facility on the north end of the park

It's important to note that rental income from the soccer fields helps cover routine field maintenance and upkeep. The proposed millage would provide funding for larger capital improvement projects that address long-term infrastructure needs.

We're excited to bring back our Future Women in Law Enforcement Program! Hosted at our Police Department, this unique experience offers participants an inside look into policing and related fields, including dispatch, forensics, and emergency medical services.

Throughout the week, participants will take part in hands on learning and interactive experiences such as:
• Fingerprinting techniques
• Self defense training
• Scenario based simulations
• And more

This program is open to up to 20 participants, selected through an application process.
