We try not to play favorites here at Anytime Fitness but Martine makes it hard for us! Look what Martine said about her experience working with our trainer Rory and coaches Kendra, Selena and Jess!

“Rory is an amazing coach! Attentive, accommodating to my abilities, friendly and encourages me to do “one more” because he knows I can do it. Kendra, Jess and Selena are special people too! They readily share their knowledge and experience not because it’s their job but because they live and breathe fitness. AF Grand Blanc is my favourite place to go. I always feel great after my coached workouts. Makes me feel I can do anything and then some. Thanks for hiring dedicated and talented people.”

Not only is she down in weight this month, she also has learned a lot about her limits!

With or without Rory noticing she continues to reach for heavier weights, go for more reps, and more daily steps! Climbing that offer of success is a lifestyle choice. And she’s setting a great example!
