Before I became a personal trainer I paid someone in Australia to train me remotely and it was worth every penny and I want to do the same for you! If you do not live around the area I still offer remote training. I make you weekly schedules around your schedule, and I design workouts that you do from home or the gym. Or both. I coach you nutritionally and most importantly I try and motivate you and and educate you about everything we are doing. We learn the importance of having a positive attitude, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, fixing our posture, and so much more. Questions about pricing.

I offer a few services.
I train in person at snap fitness in Grand Blanc and also Swartz Creek. You need a membership to snap and an in person session is $25. There is no commitment to me and I will still be around to help you on days we don't train together. Sometimes I offer group classes as well.

I have a app I use to train my clients remotely. This is for people who are too far away, want to workout from home, or already have a basic understanding of exercise and good formation. I make you your weekly workouts and check in on you daily and the app has so many other things to keep you motivated. The price for this is $100 a month. This is a very great deal. I work hard every week creating your custom workouts and nutrition plans.

I can guide you nutritionally and will always be there to answer your questions and keep you motivated.
