At Poland's MMA, we believe that confident kids are more prepared for challenges in their life.

It's the combination of Martial Arts skills and Confident Communication.

It's where kids gain the skills and experience of leading small groups, practicing both verbal and nonverbal communication, and feeling confident in any situation.

The 4 Key components to the training experience:

Each time a child has a positive experience in this training, they add another layer of Belief in themselves.

wrapping up this past weekend of Advance from judo training all up to the Southern spring blackbelts promotions. There was a lot of physical emotional intellectual and social development this past weekend we are super proud of our students attending the rank of blackbelts and I want to thank Master Bjorkquist For the judo seminar Thursday night! What away to start the year off! ❤️

When it’s supposed to be a good Friday it really is especially with a parents night out seemed American ninja warrior!! Everyone had a blast going over things through things and under things in the night with some pizza and some ninja turtles! ❤️
