Karakido Karate - Adult Classes (Street Self Defense)
Monday & Thursday - 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Adults - Ages 14 and older participate in stretching, muscle development, and positive thinking while learning an eclectic martial art system. Class is (45) forty-five minutes. Each person develops at their own pace. Being able to defend oneself builds confidence and self-esteem. Control anger and depression without negative aggression. Students have fun and make new friends. Many professionals find the release from stress invaluable in making their lives and careers better.Karakido Martial Arts has followed this path successfully for many years. Our graduates have gone on to become very successful in their chosen professions. Karakido Martial Artist fully understand the meaning of integrity and merit.
