Hey there, I know it's been a while since I have posted on my page. I am staying as active as I can. I have been treated for Bartonella last summer through Fall. Clear of Bartonella. Now I am treating Babesia. It is somewhat similar to malaria in how it effects the body. I am also trying to find help with HRT. Pretty sure that I have gluteal tendinopathy. I really think hormones have a play in this. But, I do what my body allows. Going to see my Chiropractors Spine and Sport in Ft. Worth. Hoping to be able to do some races by summers end!! Stay Actice my friends!

However, I am practicing patience and attentiveness to my physical needs, allowing myself sufficient time to appreciate the progression of my fitness journey.
