Newt currently stands at 14H and is still growing. He’s very good-minded and wants to please. He’s had tons of solid groundwork—ropes on his legs, been hobbled, and lunges around nicely. He is selling as unstarted but already packs a saddle.
He picks up all four feet, stands tied, and doesn’t mind being taken away from the herd. He stands tied to be groomed, saddled, and bathed. He sits at the bottom of the pecking order and can be turned out with geldings or mares.
He’s very personable and wants to be your friend, but has enough feel to be very trainable (not a dull deadhead). If you’re looking for a good 2-year-old to finish your way, he’s a great option. Sells with UTD Coggins, dental, and trim.
