Apparently someone wandered into our studio when we were cleaning up after Reiki + Soundbath last night! So far, she has gotten a massage from , a brow + lip consultation from .dfw, decided the infrared sauna was too hot, and is currently borrowing every single one of our studio mats in hopes to have a custom size ready before our 11 am chair yoga class with Paula. When we say yoga for all bodies, we mean it!

One of the most sacred spots in the studio is our gratitude wall.

Practicing gratitude has been shown to rewire the brain, lowering stress hormones, increasing happiness and connection, and resilience. Even a few seconds of thankfulness can shift your whole day.
