The space between”sharpening your sword” or “tilling your land” as my Grandpa used to say, and seeing something big happen is vast.

But “little” big things happen every day because of Pilates.

Someone touches their toes for the first time.

Someone sees themselves in a swimsuit and feels pretty for the first time.

Someone can get on the floor and play with their grandchild for the first time.

Someone can lift their spouse who cannot lift themselves.

Someone feels alive because they can feel a part of themselves growing stronger they had never met before.
