Master George Untalan believes in the Martial Arts philosophy on self-improvement. Health is the most important thing in life. Spirit is the most important thing in Taekwondo. Action is the most powerful thing in the world. At UTA we practice self-defense movements as another form of exercise. We exercise discipline, respect, and self-control as a way to humble ourselves as we develop our spirits

and challenge our limitations. Taekwondo is action philosophy. It is how we learn to express ourselves and execute our ideas and reach our Goals. As we practice self-defense techniques, UTA is also a place where we come together for stress relief, discipline fellowship, and a sense of extended family bond.
