Nothing about weightloss is "easy" but I'll tell you what - this system is the EASIEST and MOST ENJOYABLE way I've done it!"

My biggest tips:

▪️NEVER miss your drops (even when you're splurging)

▪️ DRINK WATER (as much as you can stand!)

▪️ Eat LOW glycemic index foods (in other words, don't spike your blood sugar and limit: bread, pasta, white potatoes, rice, oatmeal, and dairy -unless it's cottage cheese)

▪️ Eat! The drops SPEED UP your metabolism - go with it and focus on getting in the RIGHT foods. 🖤

▪️ When I'm hungry, I always eat the protein FIRST (and with EVERY snack or meal)

▪️Lastly, I sped things up and added the canned Burn protein/collagen drink & Tahition Noni to my regimen (I SWEAR by this trifecta)!
