Yesterday was a great reminder of the culture we’re striving to build at DCMB—one that embraces growth, accountability, and the willingness to be uncomfortable in pursuit of becoming better.

Ben Chow is widely respected in the bodybuilding community for his extensive knowledge, competitive success, and the incredible results he helps his athletes achieve. After making his bodybuilding debut in 2020, he went on to win the in 2021, but what stands out most isn’t his accomplishments—it’s the investment he makes in people.

Watching Ben coach yesterday was something special. In less than a year of working together, he has challenged Daulton to levels most people never reach, while providing unwavering support, encouragement, and accountability. He genuinely cares about his athletes and is deeply committed to helping them become the best versions of themselves—both on and off the stage.

Personally, I was reminded of the importance of staying humble, serving others, and continuing to build people up along the way.

This post doesn’t fully capture what we witnessed yesterday, but we’re incredibly grateful.

Thank you, Ben, for making the trip, for the constant support you give , and for the dedication you’ve poured into his prep and competitive journey.

Now it’s time to go to work.
