Form & Fitness has a full personal training department dedicated to delivering high quality, one on one personal training services, small group personal training, boot camps and weight loss programming. Members have access to our facility 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

This is what Team Training is really about.

It’s not just the workout.
It’s the people beside you. The laughs in between. The encouragement. The way everyone shows up as they are and gives what they can that day.

Some people come for the accountability.
Some come for the energy.
Some come because it just feels better doing it together.

And honestly, that’s what makes this so special.

It’s not about being the strongest or the fastest. It’s about being part of something that helps you keep showing up and having fun while you do it.

We’re really grateful for this community and for the people who make Team Training feel so welcoming, supportive, and real.

If you’ve ever looked at a group exercise class and thought, “I don’t know if I can do that,” this is for you.

You don’t have to walk in knowing every move.
You don’t have to keep up with everyone.
You don’t have to be perfect.

You can take breaks. You can modify. You can stand in the back. You can learn as you go.

The hardest part is usually just walking in for the first time.

But once you’re there, you might find that the room feels a lot more welcoming than you expected. People are focused on their own workout, the instructor is there to guide you, and everyone is just doing their best.

There’s a place for you in class, exactly as you are.

Sometimes taking care of yourself looks like a hard workout.

And sometimes it looks like slowing down.

A walk. A stretch. A lighter day. A few quiet minutes in the sauna.

It all counts.

We know fitness can sometimes feel like it has to be intense to matter, but that’s not true. Building a routine also means learning when to rest, reset, and listen to your body.

You’re allowed to take care of yourself in a way that feels good today.

As we celebrate the USA’s 250th birthday, Form & Fitness Grafton is proud to honor local veterans and active service members in a special way.

One of our very own employees, Michelle, has handmade a beautiful large quilt and would like to donate it to a local veteran or current active service member as a heartfelt thank-you for their service.

Do you know someone special who deserves to be recognized?

Stop by the club and enter their name and contact information into our nomination box. One nominee will be drawn to receive Michelle’s handmade quilt.

We’ll also have stars available for members to write the name of a veteran or active service member they would like to honor. Each star will be placed on our Form & Fitness Honor Wall as we come together to recognize the heroes in our community.

Dad says he doesn't want anything for Father's Day.

Let's review the facts:

✔️ His back hurts.
✔️ He makes a noise every time he stands up.
✔️ He has enough coffee mugs to open a coffee shop.
✔️ He still talks about that one game from high school.

Summer can get busy fast.

Between vacations, weekends away, kids’ schedules, cookouts, and everything else life brings, it’s easy to put your routine on the back burner.

But taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing.

Maybe it’s a group exercise class once a week. Maybe it’s lifting on your own. Maybe it’s getting back into training, trying something new, or just walking through the doors again after some time away.

Wherever you’re starting from, that counts.

Show up when you can. Move in a way that feels good. Keep building strength, confidence, and consistency ..... one day at a time.

We’re here when you’re ready.

Jake finished his 6-week challenge strong 💪🔥

When Jake started, his main goal was simple: stay consistent and show up 2x per week.

And he did exactly that.

Over the past 6 weeks, Jake focused on building a routine that worked for real life — balancing work, family, sleep, nutrition, and training. One of the biggest changes he noticed was how much better his energy and recovery became once he started eating more, eating better, and staying consistent with his workouts.

He also stepped outside of his comfort zone with movements he had never really done before — like Pallof presses, TRX IYT, and ATG work — and ended up loving the new challenge for his body.

When asked what he would tell someone nervous about starting training, Jake said to go into it with personal goals and be willing to work with your trainer. They’ll help adjust the pace to match you and your goals.

Now that the challenge is wrapping up, Jake’s plan is to keep the consistency going by putting his workout days directly into his calendar — aiming to keep his 2 days per week locked in and maybe even add a 3rd when he can.

That’s what this challenge was all about: building habits that last beyond the 6 weeks.

Great work, Jake. You showed up, stayed consistent, and built real momentum 👏
