The visitors are coming! The visitors are coming!

Grafton, we must be ready to welcome the troops from all over, but just like General Washington we cannot do this alone, we need our army, we need our village!

This celebration is shaping up to be one for the history books, and we need more patriots to join the cause. We are still looking for parade participants, high school & junior high artists for the window painting contest, fireworks donors and sponsors, and volunteers of all kinds.

High school artists can enter for a chance to win one of three cash prizes, and our fireworks fund is already well over halfway to the goal.

Our new volunteer registration link is live, and there are plenty of ways to help. The link below will take you directly to all registration forms from window painting to shirt pre-orders to volunteer sign up to parade participation! Come help Grafton make history and have a great time while doing it!

Everyone join me in wishing the happiest of birthdays to the glue that keeps us all together at Brentwood, the lady who keeps Brentwood even on its busiest weekend running smooth with a smile, she may be Eddie’s mom- but she’s family to us all….. THE ONE & ONLY SHANNON. If you’re at the course today make sure you give that lady some birthday wishes & extra love- Brentwood wouldn’t be the place we all love to go if it wasn’t for her ❤️

With so many moving pieces involved in coordinating Putts & Pilates, and with Sunday’s forecast continuing to look less and less favorable, Danielle and Brentwood have made the decision to err on the side of caution and not try to fight Mother Nature. As we all know, she’s a force to be reckoned with!

Because of the incredible interest we received, we’re excited to say this is not a cancellation, just a reschedule. Our Putts & Pilates event will now take place on Sunday, July 26th at 5:00 PM.

Katie will be reaching out to everyone who registered to see whether you’d like to receive a refund or move your registration to the new date.

We’ll share an updated sign-up link in a separate post by tomorrow for anyone who would like to join us on the new date.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and support. We can’t wait to see you for an evening of movement, putting, sipping, and connecting! 🌸⛳🧘‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Lost State of Franklin featuring Michael Bay to the patio for a night of live music, great food, cold drinks, and summer fun. Their sound brings that feel-good mix of classic Americana, country-rock, bluesy grooves, and songs you’ll want to sing along to — perfect for a laid-back night under the lights.

🎸 Music starts around 7:30–8:00 PM
🍔 Smashby’s Food Truck will be on site
