Next week already!
In this class you'll learn some breathing basics that'll help us relax and move into using lacrosse balls to relieve muscle tension. Our goal will be to learn a few routines you can implement into your day to day to aid in shoulder, hip, back and foot pain. There will be ample time to make adaptions, go over other areas of concern class participants might have and explore other mobility tools and movements to keep you moving and feeling better.
