We’re excited to announce that, in addition to our Saturday live music lineup, we’ll now be featuring live music on some Tuesday nights as well!

Join us in welcoming Dennis, who will be bringing his take on iconic classics and hidden gems from the singer-songwriter, folk-rock, and country artists of the '60s, '70s, and '80s. His easy-listening style is the perfect addition to a summer evening on the patio.

We’re excited for this opportunity to offer even more live entertainment throughout the week. Make sure to stop by on the 2nd Tuesday of each month to see Dennis play!

⛳️ Meet Our New Director of Golf, Brent Velting!

We're excited to officially introduce Brent, who joined The Links at Bowen Lake as Director of Golf this spring!

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Brent is a GVSU graduate who was exploring golf management opportunities across the country before deciding to stay close to family. After reaching out to local courses, he connected with Tom- and quickly they knew it was the right fit.

What excites Brent most about this role isn't just the golf. It's the people. He's looking forward to working alongside our incredible staff and becoming part of the tight-knit community that makes The Links feel like home.

Outside of golf, Brent has collected more than a few stories along the way. He's lived in St. Louis, New York, and Chicago, traveled extensively, visited golf clubs throughout the South, attended both the SXSW and Sundance film festivals, worked as a music writer during his college years, and even spent a night sleeping on a waterbed in a cave in Turkey. His favorite hobby, however, is spending time with his 5-year-old son, Arie.

As you get to know Brent, you'll quickly discover that he's not only passionate about golf, but also someone with a unique perspective. Be sure to introduce yourself the next time you're at the course and help us give Brent a warm Links welcome! 💚⛳️
