We are now booking low fence whitetail management hunts for the 2023-2024 hunting season. We offer 1 buck up to 140" and one doe, for $2,500. This is a 2 day, 2 night hunt that includes room, board, and a guide. There are bigger deer available for a higher fee. This is the first time in years this property has been available to hunt. We purchased this property in 2001 and have only hunted it for culls and does with our family and a few friends (with the exception of a 167 buck we let our son shoot for his first whitetail, couldn't pass that up.) Prior to our purchase, it had been managed by one family for their private use only, as well.

We are offering eight slots for this season, for small groups or families. This is an excellent kiddo or novice hunt, although experienced hunters will be pleased as well. On the dove hunting side, we expect the 2023 year to be phenomenal. We have received rains at the perfect time this year, and our 70 acre sunflower field is covered with sunflowers. This is our 70 acre sunflower field that has been planted with sunflowers for years. Dove know this field and come here in droves. Many stay year round.
