After years of coaching others to rise, I had to learn how to rise again myself.

There was a time when my body said pause — when illness forced me to stop, listen, and rebuild from the inside out.
As someone who’s built a life around strength, movement, and mindset, that pause shook me to my core.

I had to sit in the stillness.
I had to face the parts of me that only show up when everything else fades.
And I had to accept that even with all the knowledge, credentials, and discipline in the world — life can still humble you.

But that’s where growth lives.
In the pause.
In the rebuild.
In the quiet decision to rise again.

This is my comeback season.
Not a return to who I was, but a step into who I’m becoming.

One way is by taking a life stress inventory test, which you can do right now from the comfort of your own home. By the end of this Self-Care Session on "Stress Triggers", you will total up your social readjustment rating. Based on your rating, you will either have a low susceptibility to a stress-induced breakdown, a 50% chance of a major health breakdown within the next 2 years, or an 80% chance of a major health breakdown within the next two years.
