🎬 A Day in NYC — Exploring and Discovering! 🗽❤️
While Ruslan was attending his Squarespace conference, we enjoyed exploring NYC neighborhoods and visiting the legendary Film Forum!

We watched My Undesirable Friends: Part II — Exile, a powerful documentary about courageous Russian journalists forced into exile but determined to keep their voices heard.

As someone born and raised in Russia, I found this story especially moving and thought-provoking. ❤️ A reminder of how precious freedom, truth, and courage are!

✨ NYC never stops surprising us with meaningful experiences!
We had dinner at the Georgian restaurant Ubani.

💜 Memories so dear to my heart! 💃🌎✨

Looking back at the magical time in Mexico with the one and only Misty Tripoli and beautiful GROOVE souls from all over the world! 🌍❤️

So much joy, laughter, dancing, learning, inspiration, and connection! We came from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, but we all spoke the same universal language — MUSIC, MOVEMENT, and LOVE! 🎶💕

These are the moments that remind me why I fell in love with GROOVE and why I love sharing this magic with my own community.

Different people. Different stories. ONE GROOVE FAMILY! 💜

Forever grateful for the memories, friendships, and inspiration that continue to dance in my heart! ✨

🎨💃 When I’m not GROOVING, I’m PAINTING! 🖌️🌸
Who says joy comes only from dancing? Creativity has so many ways to express itself! ❤️

In between my Groove dance classes, I love picking up a paintbrush and getting lost in colors! 🎨✨I especially love painting flowers.

Recently, Michael and I enjoyed a wonderful painting workshop with the talented Shawn Dell Joyce at the Montgomery Art Gallery!

🐩 I painted my big boy, Calvin, while Mike painted our beloved Lucy and Barabashka, with a little artistic guidance from the master herself, Shawn!

What a delightful experience! So much fun, laughter, creativity, and relaxation! 🤩

Whether I’m moving to music or playing with colors, it’s all about the same thing — letting go, expressing yourself, being present, and enjoying the process!

💜 Dance is art in motion. Painting is a dance of colors!

And both make my soul HAPPY! 🌈💃🎨
