First hours in friendly Copenhagen! 🇩🇰☀️

Settling in nicely with happy hour at the hotel — a glass of red wine, sunshine, and a great view of the city. 🍷

In an hour, we’re off to dinner with our Danish friend Gaby, who’s taking us to a restaurant in the lovely neighborhood of Frederiksberg.

✈️ And the Copenhagen adventure begins! 🇩🇰💃

On our way to Zurich, our first flight was delayed… We somehow made the connection to Copenhagen — but our luggage didn’t! 🧳😅 Hopefully, it decides to join us tonight!

For now, we are happily settled into our cute and cozy hotel, just a short walk to SoulHouse, where the Groove Designer Workshop will take place. 💜🎶

Dear Groovers,
I have a little Groove update for you!
For the next week, I’ll be away attending the Global Groove Dance Designer Workshop Training in Copenhagen, DK — learning, creating, dancing, and, of course, bringing back some fresh inspiration to share with all of you!

That means we’ll be taking a short break from our Monday 10:00 AM Zoom Groove, Tuesday 10:30 AM, Wed. 11:00 AM, and Friday 5:30 PM classes.
Classes will resume in September.

But please don’t let that stop your Groove! ❤️

I want you to MOVE and GROOVE no matter what — put on your favorite music, dance in your kitchen, take a walk, stretch, shake it out, or simply move your body in whatever way feels good.

Remember: you don’t need a class to Groove. The Groove is always with you!

I’ll be back soon, energized and inspired, and I can’t wait to dance with you again.
