🎄📣 Our 4th Annual Cheer for Charity Pageant is here! 📣🎄

For more than 10 years, CDA has helped make the holidays brighter by adopting wish lists for children in foster care and children connected with DSS. Four years ago, we added a fun twist: a holiday cheer pageant to help bring even more holiday wishes to life.

We’re so lucky to have a CDA family, cheer community, friends, and families who always step up. Now we’re looking for cheerleaders to join us for a fun, supportive event where they can show off their skills and cheer each other on. School and football cheerleaders are welcome!

🎄 4th Annual Holiday Charity Cheer Pageant
📅 Sunday, November 15
⏰ 4:00–5:30 PM
📍 CDA Gym
🎟️ $30 registration + one new toy

We’re also looking for local businesses who would like to help. We’re open to ideas about how you can contribute and help make this event a success!

And we need judges! If you have a cheer background and don’t have an athlete participating, we’d love to hear from you. If you have both pageant and cheer experience, even better!

We love these moments when our CDA kids spot each other at games. Whether they’re current cheerleaders, former athletes, or part of our alumni family, seeing a familiar face across the field always brings a big smile. They’re excited to see each other, cheering each other on, and showing that once you’re part of CDA, you’re always part of the family!

📣 Still time to join our Half-Year Program! 📣

Our program is perfect for cheerleaders who want to keep cheering through May. We have just one competition in Wildwood, and it doesn’t conflict with your regular cheer season!

We added a few more youth athletes yesterday, and that team is almost full. We’re looking for cheerleaders ages 7–19, including JV and varsity athletes. Everyone is welcome!

More Evaluations are this Sunday and Monday. Don’t wait—come join us before teams fill up!

📣 There’s a team for everyone at CDA! 📣

From Mighty Mites through Modified, JV, and Varsity, we have options for athletes at every level. Fall Half-Year teams practice just once a week, so you can keep cheering with your school team, too!

Teams begin at the end of the month, and placements are still open until teams fill. We’re holding placements this Wednesday and will help every athlete find the right team. Message us if you can make it—and hurry, spots are limited!

🌊 Fall Half-Year teams are set! 🌊

Keep doing the cheer you love and enjoy the best of both worlds! With just one practice a week, our Fall Half-Year program fits right alongside school cheer—no conflicts.

Teams start Sunday, October 25:

🌊 Mini Riptide | Sundays, 4:15–5:00 PM
A great fit for Mighty Mites and first-year D1 athletes.

🌊 Youth High Tide | Sundays, 4:30–5:15 PM
A great fit for D1 and D2 athletes.

🌊 Junior Tsunami | Sundays, 5:00–5:45 PM
A great fit for D3, Modified, and JV athletes.

📣 Varsity | Starts Wednesday, November 4, at 7:45 PM
For current varsity athletes or former Elite All-Star cheer athletes.

Missed placements? We’ll be holding placements and evaluations this Wednesday at 6:15 PM. Message us to reserve a spot!

Our Varsity Fall Half-Year team is still accepting athletes! This team starts in November and is a great opportunity for current varsity cheerleaders and former varsity athletes.

This team is open to current high school varsity athletes and graduate up to age 19.

Coach Mimi, Coach Brittney, Coach Lani will be coaching this team. It’s a great commitment: one practice a week and one competition in May. Current CDA athletes on a Varsity team are welcome to join as a crossover option if it fits their schedule.

This is the Varsity option starting in Nov —there will not be a spring option. Sign up and spread the word! Tag a friend or invite someone who might be interested! Message or text!
