New York Sharks Aquatics Goshen
NYSA is a level 3 USA Swim club, making it Orange County's premier Age Group swim team

! NYSA Goshen offers 6 different levels to suit swimmers of all ages and abilities. Practices offered 6 days per week depending on group level with a comprehensive dryland program. New York Sharks Masters
NYSM is an adult swim team for swimmers ages 18 and over. This program practices 5 days per week, and offers stroke clinics monthly. Aquafit
Aquafit classes weekly! Classes range from rehabilitation through high intensity water aerobics. Red Cross Swim Lessons
Swim Lessons are being offered with Red Cross certified instructors with vast experience.
