Meanwhile, in other news, our long sleeve, athletic fabric shirts - which are guaranteed to the first 400 registered - are world famous and well traveled. Everybody knows this.

But we have not let our reputation for superior fashion and performance result in complacency. We are not resting on our laurels.

We routinely administer extreme stress tests to our shirts, because … well … you never know. As they say in the Boy Scouts, “Be Prepared.” In our most recent long term stability trial we subjected one of our shirts to five years of rigorous high altitude wear and tear in the Colorado wilderness, followed by jumping out of an airplane somewhere over Utah.

We are pleased to report that the shirt passed with flying colors (green). Many thanks to our volunteer stress tester, Scout Edmondson. (Note: The experiment was designed to assess the stability of the shirt. Results do not necessarily reflect stability on the part of our tester.)

Good morning runners and walkers!!! It is a GORGEOUS day! If you're local and looking to get a little exercise and support an amazing cause, the Shane Kinsella Memorial Run/Walk is later this morning. Kids Fun Run at 10:15 a.m., then a 2 mile or 5 mile run at 11:00 a.m. It shares part of our beloved Turkey Trot course. Live on the edge. Be spontaneous. Registration link here. It’s always nice to see members of our community come together and pitch in. Here are some volunteers from the Goshen Garden Club working on a garden at the edge of Greg Mitchell Field at Camp Cochipanee. This is approximately 3 1/2 to 4 miles into the Turkey Trot course where you turn the corner onto the dirt at Dog Pond Road. Thanks for your work here and at the other gardens in town!
