Impact MMA 9am adult class on Monday 12/2/24 will be closed due to coach needing to call out for personal reasons. Gym will be closed for the morning sessions and open at 5 pm for the evening sessions. Sorry for any inconvenience and the short notice.

Impact MMA will be closed 05/27/2024 for Memorial Day . Thank you to all that have served and especially to those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you to all that came back injured and lets not forget the families that suffer as they endure and navigate these losses. Lets try to do better as we provide for our veterans and their families. Impact Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness will run on it's regular schedule except for the following Holiday changes. Impact MMA will be closed Christmas Day, Monday 12/25/23. We will be open Tuesday through Saturday 12/26/23 through 12/30/23 Christmas week. We will be closed Monday 01/01/24, New Years Day. Thank you all for training with us this year. We wish you all a very Happy, Healthy, Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year. Not wanting to offend or leave anybody out, Happy Holidays to all & to all a good night.
