Hate to say it but as we went to load up the car we found an issue that we need to fix before racing and don’t have what we need at the shop. We will get it this week and fixed up and try again next weekend.

We will be back at the track today with the 19H. Unfortunately Logan has to work so no 3C this weekend. First time back on the track since the wreck so we will see how the car does. Wish us luck and hope to finish a full night of racing and drive on the trailer at the end of the night. Going to try out our new in car camera setup and will hopefully have some footage from that with our race results post. If you don’t have any plans come out and support a local dirt track and enjoy a great night of racing.

Thank you to the Conger family for letting us borrow a truck to get to the track. Our truck should be back on the road this coming week.

We will have both the 19H and the 3C at the track tomorrow after a couple weeks off. Pretty sure we got the electrical issue solved on the 3C and got the 19H back together after the wreck last time out. Wish us luck and hope to finish a full night of racing and drive them both on the trailer at the end of the night. If you don’t have any plans come out and support a local dirt track and enjoy a great night of racing.

Big shoutout to the Conger Family for letting us borrow a truck to get to the track this week. Will hopefully have ours back for the next race.

Feature: 10th ➡️ 9th (DNF)

Well it was eventful night for us Friday night. We showed up to the track excited for our first race weekend of the year. Then to add to the excitement we found out it was a special night for compacts with a $1,000 to win show. The 3C car we wanted to make sure was good after fixing it this offseason. Went out for qualifying and the driver felt like it was really good compared to last year. Then in both the heat race and feature he had an electrical issue that shut the car off and couldn’t get it restarted which unfortunately ended his night with a 14th. With the 19H car we had a good night going until we didn’t. Driver made a mistake in the heat race and got into the wall which resulted in finishing where we started. Come feature time had made our way up to 8th when a car rolled in front of us. Slamming on the brakes and turning hard left we weren’t able to avoid them and resulted in heavy damage and a 9th place did not finish result. Both our driver and the driver of the other car were okay after the wreck. With a graduation this coming weekend we will spend the next two weeks repairing the 19 and trying to nail down the electrical issue on the 3 and be back to try our luck again next time.

Thank you to our family that continues to support our crazy hobby. Also want to thank everyone that helped us get the cars loaded on the trailers at the end of the night.

After a long offseason and a busy beginning of the year with work, everything has aligned for us to make it to the track. We got the 3c car tore down and rebuilt after the crash to end last season. Both the 19H and the 3C will open their season tomorrow at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, Ohio. If you don’t have any plans come out and support a local dirt track and enjoy a night of great racing and what looks to be a beautiful evening weather wise.

We made it out to the final race of the year at Moler Raceway Park with both cars. It was trick or trailer night for the kids and it was really cool event put on by the track where all kids get to come to the pits and trick or treat to all the race trailers.

Overall it was a pretty good night.

After the last race we had which didn’t get posted about we found some issues that the 3C car was having. After making some fixes the car was performing much better this time around. Still only the second time at this track for that car and learning but improvement was made. Logan was having a good run until he wasn’t. He was able to move forward in his heat race and had moved up to 10th. Another car had a mechanical failure and hit the wall. When that car came back down the track it collected him and ended his night on lap 3 of the feature which resulted in a did not finish and scored 14th.

With the 19H we had a little better luck. Went out for qualifying and the track was a little slick still and ended up mid pack. Started our heat race 5th and finished where we started. That put us starting the feature in 9th. The track had come back around to our setup and we were able to push forward. With a little luck on our side we were able to come out with a career best finish of 6th.

So it’s been awhile and we didn’t make a post before we went but we finally got a race in. After a new addition to our family early this year we were waiting to start our race season and then between weather and work it never worked out to get to the track.

But on Friday night we decided to try our luck at a new track for us. We loaded up and headed to Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH. We had a blast and the people were great. Driver was a little timid in qualifying as we had never turned any laps here. Ended up 12th out of 16 cars. This put us starting 6th in heat 2 and with a little bit more comfort with more laps and some lucky breaks finished in 3rd. Made some adjustments and went out for the feature to roll off 6th. Track had changed quite a bit from the heat and took some time to get used to. With more time and laps here hopefully we will get more comfortable. All in all ended up with an 8th place finish and drove the car on the trailer. Not bad for our first night of the season.
