As the previous owners of Deer Track Driving Range we sold the range earlier this year to SherryAngieErika Llc current owners of Deer Track Golf Course. Owners Steven and Joe Ritter of the Amelia area which is public knowledge. We will be shutting down this website in November. We will soon be selling our own land on State Route 727 Goshen Ohio 45122 that has 5 private acres that is next to number 10 hole of Deer Track Golf Course with a barn approximately 30x60 with electric to barn and a private drive. Water at the street. The land is cleared for a beautiful home site. Some beautiful mature trees as well. Currently Deer Track has 5 acres for sale of the original 7 acres of driving range for sale and maybe pending. We personally own the property surrounding the range on both sides of range and behind range where you see the fence that belongs to us. And next to number 10 hole of the Golf Course. This 5 acre lot has more privacy and a barn. There is no sewer anywhere on St Rt 727 not even the current driving range. In Wayne Township you can no longer build on less than 2 acres according to the Township and Clermont County. The price will be less than what the 5 acres was listed for at 6151 St Rt 727 which is currently the driving range. We have had several people ask us if we would sell our 5 acre property. If you are interested please contact us at 513-233-5200.
