Cardio Sculpt: A total body workout that includes a combination of strength and cardio moves designed to have fun, improve strength and burn mega calories. Great for all fitness levels! 8:45 -9:45 on Mon ($5 drop in rate)

"Weight...No More!!": Enjoy this fun and easy-to- follow, low impact workout that increases energy and stamina. Tone muscle, work on balance, posture and strength

Dawn Stevens
Certified Group Exercise Instructor
AFAA certified since 2001, Dawn started teaching group exercise classes in Portland, Maine prior to moving to Nashville, Tennessee. During her time spent in Tennessee, she taught both one on one and group exercise classes at a private health club as well as a public club. After a move to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the birth of her first child she began teaching group exercise to mothers along with their children. Dawn continued instructing mothers while she was expecting her second child and reaped the benefits of the program herself. Dawn resides in Gorham with her husband Greg, son Trent and daughter Brooke.
