We don’t just want to raise a strong kid—we want to raise one who’s disciplined, courageous, and willing to do hard things.

Kase rode Thunderbird by himself for the first time the other day. He was nervous, but he did it anyway. Then he looked at us and said, “will make a video and post it.” 😊

That’s the confidence that comes from facing your fears instead of running from them.

So proud of the young man you’re becoming. Slow down, dude… you’re growing up way too fast. ❤️💪

Finally slowed things down this past weekend 🤍

Saturday morning still started with movement at Rise Performance 618 — and Kase man right there with us, putting in the work. Watching him show up and grind alongside us means everything.

Leading by example, always. He’s our world, and we’ll never stop guiding him down the right path. ✝️💪🏼

This compilation of the Fight Fitness618 competition team says it all. Every single one of these athletes stepped onto those mats and left it all out there. Win or lose, they fought with courage, composure, and respect—and that’s what truly matters.

We couldn’t be more proud of how each of them carried themselves throughout the entire WAKO USA Kickboxing National tournament. From the first match to the last, they represented their team, their families, and their hard work in the best way possible.

The sky’s the limit for this group… and this is just the beginning. 🔥

The big day is here. WAKO USA Kickboxing National Tournament.

All the early mornings.
All the late nights.
All the sweat, discipline, and sacrifice… it all comes out today.

This team has put in hours and hours of work to earn this moment. Now it’s time to step on the mats and show what they’re made of.

We couldn’t be more proud of every single one of these athletes and the coaches leading them.

Prayers up for our kiddos and coaches today — for strength, focus, confidence, and safety. 🙏🏼

Sensei brought the Fight Fitness618 competition team to the track for one last big conditioning session before we head to Colorado Springs for the WAKO USA Kickboxing National Tournament in just over a week.

This team is ready. Their minds are right.

The amount of work these kids have put in over the last several months cannot truly be explained. Early mornings, tough conditioning, long practices, pushing through moments where quitting would have been easier — and still showing up.

We are incredibly proud of every single one of them.

And we can’t thank this community enough for the support you’ve shown these kids and for helping make this trip to Colorado Springs possible.

The Fight Fitness618 competition team showed up and got after it today. 💪🏼

We are in the final weeks of the grind before tapering begins — the phase where the focus shifts from max conditioning to sharpening skills and letting the body recover before stepping on the mats at the WAKO USA Kickboxing national tournament in Colorado Springs.

Today was one of their last full max-effort conditioning sessions before competition. Every rep, every sprint, every drop of sweat is building the endurance, grit, and confidence they’ll carry onto the mats.

Colorado Springs is getting closer.
And this team is ready. 👊🏼🔥

Sensei Shane Walker wanted to switch things up this Saturday… so the Fight Fitness618 competition team hit the track.

Cool air. Open lanes. No mats. No walls. Just space to grind.

It was the perfect morning to get uncomfortable.

As we head toward Colorado Springs, he’s preparing these kids for any unknown element competition can throw at them — different environments, different energy, different conditions. Because champions don’t just train for perfect situations… they train for anything.

And today? Sensei didn’t just coach it — he joined them in the conditioning. Side by side. Rep for rep.

They worked. They pushed. They showed up.
