🎮✨ Looking back to Geeks in the Creek! ✨🎮

👾 Our second annual Geeks in the Creek was a huge success, bringing together gamers, collectors, creators, and fans of all things geeky for an unforgettable evening!

🤖 From packed Pokémon tables and live gaming action to interactive demos and an amazing lineup of vendors, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was incredible to see so many community members connecting over shared interests, discovering new hobbies, and celebrating geek culture together.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, demonstrated, and supported this event. 🎲🎮⚡

🎉🪿 A little birdie told us it’s National Mascot Day! We can’t pass up the opportunity to celebrate our favorite feathered friend, Broose the Goose! 🪿🎉

😎 Today we're celebrating Broose and all of his mascot pals who help bring smiles, high-fives, and plenty of fun to events throughout our community!

🥳 Whether he's greeting guests, posing for photos, cheering on participants, or causing a goose-sized mischief, Broose is always ready to represent Goose Creek with pride. We're lucky to have such a fantastic mascot—and even luckier to have so many mascot friends who join us throughout the year to make our events extra special.

⚾ DYS All-Star Tournament Update ⚾

Our Ozone and Minors teams competed hard under some extremely hot conditions this weekend, and we couldn't be more proud of their resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship!

Despite the challenging weather, our players continued to give their best effort on the field and represented Goose Creek with pride. More importantly, parents shared that this was a meaningful and rewarding experience for the players—an opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy the game they love.

While the scores may not have gone our way, the lessons learned, friendships built, and memories made will last far beyond the tournament.

Thank you to our players, coaches, families, and supporters for your dedication and encouragement throughout the season.

We'll take what we've learned, continue to grow, and come back even stronger.

☀️ Summer camp season is officially underway, and our Therapeutic Recreation Division made a splash with Swim Camp!
🏊‍♀️ A huge thank you to lowcountryswimschool for partnering with us to teach essential water safety skills, swimming techniques, and for keeping campers engaged with plenty of fun games along the way.
👏 We are incredibly proud of all of our campers for their hard work, confidence, and determination throughout the week.
Congratulations to each participant on successfully completing the course! 🎉
