BONE HEALTH. Crucial for normal bone structure, magnesium plays a critical role in both bone formation and the maintenance of bone density as we age.

METABOLIC HEALTH. Facilitates the digestion of fatty acids and proteins and helps to regulate blood glucose levels.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Having trouble getting started? Set realistic goals with whatever feels comfortable. Try going on a 10-minute walk sometime each day or being active for 30 minutes one or two days a week to start. Once you get comfortable with your new exercise routine, you can increase with an additional 5 or 10 minutes to your existing sessions or another day to your routine.

If you already started “I LOVE THAT FOR YOU” Keep going don’t stop & make it a Fantastic year!!!
