We are beyond proud to announce the next phase of Ignite wellness. Phase one was impacting studios. Phase two is a movement that breaks through the barriers of studio walls, unites, and uplifts entire communities.

Over the past 15 years, Ignite has sparked the yogic flame for so many in our community. Ignite Yoga studios, always voted best in the west. Award winner of multi grants and kids yoga programs. If you have been impacted by a yoga instructor in Maricopa west side, chances are high that they were touched or trained by Ignite yoga and mindfulness teachings.

We will keep all our regular contracts running. However, we are proud to progress our good work to uplift more lifestyles across the west valley. We inspire wellness into a greater reach through activating planned spaces, environments, and communities. This allows mindfulness accessibility to all who seek it regardless of any barriers. Thank you to our community partners as we grow with you. We stand united!

At this time, our 2026-27 community calendar is full, however, if you would like to inquire about 2027-28, please message us.

To Arizona instructors, stay tuned for our new online application and opportunities to impact yoga in the Maricopa county, west valley region. Although fall is almost full, we will have a few more teaching slots for 2026-27 available. All details will be available this summer. Make sure you are registered for our newsletter to be notified first.

.net.yoga provided an amazing relaxation class to support nurses deal with the pressures of daily living and high stress at work.

Jeannette understands as a mother of a special needs child/adult, that yoga provides the best therapies to individuals of any age to live their best life.

She is a lifelong learner and holds advanced certifications in restorative, chakra healing, and therapeutic healing. Providing specialty trainings for demographics to reduce stress and provide themselves self care has been one of her greatest joys.

Jeannette Guerra Baxter moved from California to Arizona in 2015 and found Ignite Yoga Studios the summer of 2017. The variety of classes, warmth and friendship of the instructors and students inspired her to enroll in Ignite’s 200 hr. certification program in 2019. After teaching, for a year, she knew she had to know more to enhance her craft; Ignite’s 300 hr. certification training answered this calling. She completed their 300 hour program and was honored to mentor under Donna Schnoor, an advanced instructor/trainer.

Her wellness journey was always health conscious and in tune with nature. Yoga was the natural next step in finding her connection to the universe and self-realization. Her journey began with the use of DVDs from various yoga instructors. From there she migrated to classes offered by the local gyms, then yoga studios.

She continues her education via workshops and additional training modules, earning certifications in Adjustments, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Chair, Restorative and Chakra healing among others, in order to bring more therapeutic class offerings to her students. Yoga as therapy is a driving force in her journey toward knowledge.

Jeannette knows that Yoga is the answer to maintaining health and mobility as we age and has focused additional training hours on therapies and modalities that may enable individuals of any age to live their best life.

She uses her expertise throughout the west valley to make yoga accessible to all. Greet life with a smile and the universe will smile back.

“I want to make yoga accessible to individuals of all ages and strive to include modifications and gentle guidance to those that think ‘I can’t do yoga.’”
