Have you heard? Fenwayโ€™s Dog Park is getting an update ๐Ÿถ

Here's a preview of the proposed expansion of Fenway's Dog Park at Moss-Wright Park!

In its final year, the Tennessee Dog Park Dash, funded by the Boyd Foundation, is an initiative that was launched in 2018 by Randy and Jenny Boyd with the Boyd Foundation, who pledged $3 million to build 100 dog parks across the state, with the goal of making Tennessee the most pet-friendly state in the nation.

After applying for the Dog Park Dash grant through the Boyd Foundation in the Spring of 2022, we were presented with a $25,000 check on Monday to begin work on the dog park upgrades. Updates to the park include expanded fencing areas and site amenities. Stay tuned for progress photos.

Thanks to the Boyd Foundations' Tennessee Dog Park Dash and the support of our community, Fenway's Dog Park at Moss-Wright Park is expanding!

Because YOU, the community, expressed your desire to expand the dog park, Goodlettsville was one of 10 communities selected across the state of Tennessee for the grant. As one of the recipients of the 2022 Tennessee Dog Park Dash grant program, the City of Goodlettsville will use the $25,000 grant to expand the dog park and add site amenities. Stay tuned for the check presentation and project updates.

Again, thank you to the Tennessee Dog Park Dash for selecting the Goodlettsville community! We can't wait to get started!
