Coach Highlight 🫡

Meet Coach Madison Morris, who has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense since she was 10 years old. With well over a decade of experience, she brings a ton of knowledge and energy to our team. Madison is almost always smiling, has an infectious laugh, and has a way of making people feel comfortable and encouraged the second they walk in. She currently teaches our Women’s BJJ classes as well as our Yoga classes, which kickoff for the first time tomorrow night 5pm. Let’s gooo! ⚡️

Adding another new class time to the Flatland schedule starting tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. MST. Our beginners class will be one hour every Thursday to help our newer students go over the fundamentals of BJJ.

There is officially BJJ going on every week night at our location in Goodland. 5 reasons to make this your place to train. Come and check us out at 1209 Main Ave. First class is on us!!!

A new class starts this Friday at Flatland with certified instructor Madison Morris. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes.. you can still come 🦖🦖 beginners welcome and no gym membership required.

Fridays 5–6 PM • starting September 4 (this Friday)
$40/month — $35 for Flatland members
