Who wants a free live Workout??? Follow over the next few days as I figure out the best platform and approach to getting a live Workout for anyone to join. The Live Workout will be on Monday, March 3rd MST! Join me from your favorite gym, park, happy place, bathtub... get creative, and get ready to get sweaty!
