GREEN READING - Changing Slope
In the real world, the green changes slope throughout the duration of the putt. I can definitely share with you that the if you focus on reading the slope at the cup because it’s the greatest, you will miss.
In this reel, we show what happens when a player decides to play break based on the largest slope at the hole compared to a player that is proficient in and knows not to stomp on the cup.
For the full video that shares the data in this test, check out my Patreon page. If you need to sharpen your green reading skills, you can visit me at The Garage or find an AimPoint certified coach near you.
And no, I’m not going to give you all the AimPoint secrets in the Patreon video, so don’t ask. Since F1 is back in Australia this week, I’ll borrow the phrase “Do the done thing,” and remind you to take a proper lesson.
Shout out to that allows me to recreate the real world indoors. Tremendous product! Thank you to and for the Overhead Putt Tracker that allows me to capture and provide great data to convey coaching concepts to you and all of my players.
