Huge congrats to Jill & Denise — bringing home a GOLD MEDAL at the USA Pickleball Nationals at the 4.5 level! 🥇🔥

These two spent 17 hours on the courts, battling match after match and winning the finals just before midnight. That is pure grit, resilience, and championship mentality on display.

All the strength, endurance, explosiveness, and agility they’ve built at F45 Goleta absolutely showed up — keeping them sharp, quick on their feet, chasing down every ball, and staying mentally locked in all day long. 💪🎾

For anyone who doesn’t know:
The USA Pickleball National Championships are considered the premier event in the entire sport — often called the Super Bowl of Pickleball. Thousands of athletes compete, but only the very best qualify. Winning GOLD means you didn’t just show up… you conquered the highest stage in the country.

Jill & Denise — your F45 Goleta community is SO proud of you. Thank you for representing with heart, hustle, and that unstoppable energy. This is a HUGE moment, and you earned every ounce of it! 🙌🏽💙❤️

What a day at F45 Goleta! 💪❄️ Our crew showed up and showed OUT for the Ski Erg Challenge, giving everything they had and cheering each other on ‘til the very last meter. The energy in the studio was unreal, and we’re so proud of all our amazing winners and participants! 🙌

It’s been incredible watching this crew bring their energy, teamwork, and good vibes into every session, they’ve truly embraced what F45 is all about: motivation, accountability, and community. 🙌

We’ve already heard how much they love the energy of the gym, the support from our coaches, and the accountability that comes from training alongside a motivated team. That’s what makes F45 so special, you don’t just work out, you join a community that keeps you inspired every step of the way.
