Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen quietly.
A participant and a volunteer met at our recent Beach Walk & Run. Side by side, they walked, talked, laughed, and somewhere along the way, the beginning of a friendship emerged. 💙
This is what Blind Fitness is all about.
Not just movement.
Not just recreation.
But creating spaces where individuals who are blind or have low vision can connect, belong, and share in the joy of community.
These moments are made possible because of people like you.
🌊 As part of our Make Waves: Triple Your Impact campaign, every gift and monthly pledge is being tripled through June 30—helping us continue programs that foster movement, connection, and belonging.
Thank you for helping us create more moments like this.

🌿 Yesterday, we gathered at Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park for a beautiful morning of mindfulness, movement, and connection.
Together, we explored the restored trail, listened to the sounds of nature, enjoyed the opportunity to slow down and be present with one another. The experience concluded with a group yoga Nidra practice at the amphitheater, where we shared in a moment of grounding, reflection, and community.
At Blind Fitness, some of our most meaningful experiences happen when we come together outdoors—connecting not only with nature, but with one another.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this special day possible. 💚
