Wrapping up a the summer with another ⚾️ win!

Thank you Perfect Game SEC for a great weekend of good ole fashioned baseball. The Wood Bat Classic delivered challenging matchups and the Tri-City Blues excelled. After a 1 run loss in Game 1 the Blues locked in and powered through blistering heat to take the W in the next 4 games.

⚾️ We managed to squeeze in a little baseball before the rain took over this past weekend ☔️

🍁 Our first Open Tournament of the Fall (AA, AAA, Majors) kicked off early, and the Blues took to the diamond against a formidable 14U Majors squad, SBA NC East. We followed that up with a battle against DPC. Unfortunately, we lost game 1 and ended up with a tie in game 2. Despite these losses, we embrace the quality and talent of the teams we faced 💎

The Tri-City Blues had an exceptional weekend on the diamond, showcasing skill and determination.

Saturday's victories over the Greenville Wolverines (11-6) and Elite South (15-7) set the tone for a successful weekend. **Kudos to Cape Fear High School for hosting on a well-manicured field**

Sunday's competition in the Gold Bracket brought stiff challenges, but the Blues persevered, notching a win over the Dirt Daubers (6-5) before falling to the NC Admirals Fleet (5-7).

Overall, a fantastic display of teamwork and resilience by the Blues!
