This morning, Wood County Now received a heartbreaking story about an incredible local young woman who has touched so many lives and is now facing a battle of her own. This is Kaitlyn. She has worked at Let's Roll Skating Rink 🛼 since she was just 15 years old—she’s now 22. Over the years, she has poured so much love into the kids in our community, and they adore her for her kindness and caring spirit. 🙏🏼

Recently, Kaitlyn was diagnosed with lymphoma and will be unable to work for some time. She has been a devoted employee and a bright light to so many.

At the skating rink, the kids have created a “jar of love,” filling it with coins, dollars, and heartfelt notes for her. It’s a beautiful reflection of how much she means to them. Many of them have been brought to tears after learning why she won’t be there for a while.

Kaitlyn has always shown love to these kids—and now, they’re showing it right back.

Let’s come together as a community and lift her up. ❤️

This is Kaitlyn painting faces loving on the kids now it’s time to love on her. Send your quarters nickels dimes dollars whatever you can spare we’ve got a jar of love to give her as she starts chemotherapy but please write a little note to go in the jar because those words mean as much as the money to her,, she don’t have Facebook so let’s keep it quiet. We’re going to surprise her with. THIS JAR OF LOVE FOR KAITLYN.

Let’s Roll Information:
•Open Fridays and Saturdays 6p-10p
•Entry fee is $7.00
•We accept cash and card
•Base rate of parties on Saturday is $225
•Parties any other day is a base rate of $250. Sundays are 275$
•Parties come with 20 skaters, all over 20 is $3.00 each this is for 2 hours 15 minutes early to decorate, unless other arrangements have been made
